When and where is the MBA Networking Forum?
The MBA Networking Forum will take place on Friday, September 29, 2023 at the Carolina Club in Chapel Hill, NC. The Carolina Club is located at 150 Stadium Dr., Chapel Hill, NC 27514.

What is the dress code?
Students will be instructed to follow a Business Professional dress code. However, employers are welcome to wear attire that best represents their company and culture.

What should I bring with me to the MBA Networking Forum?
The MBA Networking Forum is a relaxed, reception-style event and should not require you to bring many materials. Each employer will be provided with a high-top cocktail table on which you can display a few products and reference materials. 

UNC Kenan-Flagler supports the Sustainable Carolina’s goal for a zero-waste campus. We ask that you support as well by refraining from shipping or bringing large quantities of merchandise, company products, and/or swag. Should you have unexpected and/or unique materials or shipping needs, please contact the Employer Engagement & Recruiting team to discuss.

Important Note: Our team will not ship materials back to you unless we are provided with prepaid shipping labels and the appropriate materials (boxes, envelopes, etc.)

Will there be a virtual option for this event?
No, this event will take place entirely in person at the Carolina Club. A virtual option will not be available.

How do I register?
Employers can register on Career Connections after logging into their account.

If you need to create an account, please visit https://mba-kenan-flagler-unc.12twenty.com/hire and select Sign up for an account. 

After creating your account, select the Events tab > search for 2023 MBA Networking Forum > click on Register Now. 

What is the cost to attend?
Early Bird Pricing | Available from July 10 – August 18

• $520 – First Year Forum
• $520 – Second Year & Working Professionals Forum
• $725 – Full Day Forum (First Years, Second Years, and Working Professionals)

Regular Pricing | Available from August 19 – September 20

• $725 – First Year Forum
• $725 – Second Year & Working Professionals Forum
• $930 – Full Day Forum (First Years, Second Years, and Working Professionals)

When is the deadline to register?
The last day to register is Wednesday, September 20.

What should I do if I can no longer attend? Are refunds available?
If you are no longer able to attend the MBA Networking Forum, please cancel your registration on Career Connections at your earliest convenience. A refund may be issued depending on when you cancel.

Day of Event FAQs

Where should I park?
Employer representatives can park in the Rams Head Parking Deck located at 104 Ridge Rd., Chapel Hill, NC 27514. You should park on or as close as possible to the 3rd floor, then follow the signs for the George Hill Alumni Center and the Carolina Club. 

We are pleased to cover the cost of parking. Please find a staff member before leaving to request parking vouchers.

If you plan to Uber or request transportation to the event, the address for the Carolina Club is 150 Stadium Dr., Chapel Hill, NC 27514.
